FROM TABLE TO DESIGNER CHAIR
Tables are the protagonists of the moments we spend with the family and of our everyday life, but they are not the only ones. For obvious reasons of comfort and compatibility, chairs are the furnishing accessories that travel in synergy with the table itself.
To each family or type of table we find, in fact, the right chair that in many cases is proposed by the same designer or planner, and even in this case we can indicate various families for inspiration:
- CHAIRS IN POLYPROPYLENE OR SYNTHETIC MATERIALS
- METAL CHAIRS
- UPHOLSTERED CHAIRS
- WOODEN CHAIRS
- ALUMINIUM OUTDOOR CHAIRS
Each of the above typologies generates a series of sub-families where the various materials complement each other generating other important typologies.
The chairs in polypropylene, in metal or padded with eco-leather or in any case with easily manageable fabrics find their greatest collocation in the kitchen.
The wooden chair, most often combined with the corresponding armchair with armrests, finds its ideal setting in the living room and is combined with tables of important dimensions.
The fully upholstered chair is very popular as it can also be made in leather or hide, and is therefore very versatile and easy to match.
In any case, the chair is an important piece of furniture and is continually studied and designed to present ever better solutions in terms of functionality and design: ergonomics, solidity to stress, comfort, new materials, aesthetics, the choice of fabrics or leathers and the consequent removability are just some of the topics on which the idea and subsequent industrialisation of a chair is based.
