Here is the modern Barbara fixed table, a table of pure design, with a central base in cement and top in either precious wood or natural marble. The cement is cast in a mould and is externally protected with a transparent varnish that deliberately reveals the natural porosity of the material and the non-homogeneous colour. The top, whatever the material preference and the relative choices available, is oval or circular in shape with fine finishes and details.
